A Partner at Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP, Ari focuses his practice on medical malpractice, complex personal injury cases, child abuse cases, and birth defects litigation that result from toxic exposures. He has litigated in Courts throughout the States of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Ari has represented dozens of clients in various stages of litigation, from successfully defending motions to briefing and arguing multiple appeals before the New York State appellate courts.

Ari is admitted to practice law in the New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2011, where he earned the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar award for both the 2010 and 2011 academic years. During his second year at Columbia, Ari was a member of the Columbia Business Law Review, and was an editor for that Journal in his third year of law school. Ari received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology, from Touro College, in 2008.
