A Partner at Phillips & Paolicelli, LLP, since 2016, Victoria Phillips concentrates on complex litigation with an emphasis on product liability, toxic exposures, and class actions. Before becoming a civil litigator, Victoria was an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

As an Assistant District Attorney, Victoria spent two years as a member of the Appeals Bureau, where she prepared appellate briefs and represented the District Attorney at oral arguments before the Appellate Division, First Department and the New York State Court of Appeals. Victoria subsequently was assigned to the Special Prosecutions Bureau, where she investigated and prosecuted a variety of white-collar crimes including grand larceny, forgery, and elder abuse.

Victoria is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. She graduated magna cum laude from Williams College in 2001, and from Columbia Law School in 2004. At Columbia Law School, Victoria was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Articles Editor for the Human Rights Law Review, and President of the Columbia Law Women’s Association. Following her graduation from law school, Victoria served as law clerk to the Honorable Barry Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
